Our Story
Enoteca Rossio was created from a love of food that connects people to each other and to place. Every dish is guided by tradition, shaped by time, and served with care.
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Andrew Capone and General Manager Tiago Silva, the space is rooted in genuine hospitality. A shared vision of warmth, intention, and community shapes every detail, from the kitchen to the dining room.
